spinning classes
why are spinning classes alway so early in the morning?! Cardel Place Rec Center by my place only has 6am spinning classes. there is 1 late class on Friday... but i don't think that's enough to justify me buying a membership there.
i also checked with World Health here downtown and they have lots of spinning classes around noon time. problem is, it's $20 drop in which is kinda steep. another option is the new Gold's Gym at Eau Claire. they don't have their class schedules online so i'll have to pop in and check out their times. i have a friend that has an old membership that she is willing to transfer over to me if it works out.

Talisman has some spin classes you may want to check out ($12 drop in I think). They do lunch time sessions Tues-Thurs and 5:30pm Tues & Thurs.
ReplyDeleteAnd if you wanna go the cheaper route, come over to my place with your bike and we'll set our bikes up on the trainers (we have 2). You saw my rides DVDs the other day...we can do Colorado rockies, Nevada or Okanagan!
hmm... Talisman is a lil too far for me to walk to at lunch time. but yo, that home trainer idea sounds awesome. we can do the Rockies! we can play hiphop in the background and pretend Common is in the chase car.
